When used with Pixel!SCAN, Pixel!OCR allows you to perform one-step scanning and OCR.

Pixel!OCR is not limited to interpreting standard, computer-based text.  It also recognizes barcodes and handprinted text.  You can set zones specifically for barcode recognition.  And with Pixel!OCR's handprinted text recognition, you can convert applications, forms and surveys that have been filled out by hand into electronic documents.

Rich Text Format (RTF) Support retains font sizing, font attributes and embedded images when you export a document to your word processor.  Pixel!OCR also provides ASCII or WYSIWYG output.  Tab-delimited output allows convenient export to spreadsheets, databases or mail-merge applications.
